Opinion about this helmet please

Lately i bought this mark II from my trusted antique dealer. He said the helmet was once belong to his friend's grandfather.

The color is dark red.
And this is the second time i found a named and numbered helmet. The first one is my orange-red colored stahlhelm (although the name on it is in katakana). Is there any possibility both of these helmet coming from the same unit?
