WWI British Rifle Grenade Launcher?

Can anyone identify this piece for me? Is it World War I? British? A rifle grenade launcher? Also, I would like to know its value. Thanks in advance!

Stamp doesn't look british to me, no UK Crown, no Broad Arrow.
Maybe Saint Gunny can enlighten us.

Found the Stamp while searching for another Info.
VA + Crown = Hearens Vaabenarsenalet. B is maybe for Boden.
So this thing is for the swedish Mauser.
