    Help with Cloth Wings

Need to help with these cloth half wings.

I'm not well versed on British militaria, and was wondering what time period these wings were made.

Four of these half-wing have a "padding".

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers,
    Howard

The Padded ones are normally the older ones.
Here you have the description and the Date of the AM Order
    and if they're obsolete now.
    B - Air Bomber AMO A 1019 - 1942, obs.
    LM - Load Master DC1 S59 - 1970
    M - Meteorological Observer AMO A 409 - 1945, obs.
    N - Navigator AMO A 1019 - 1942, obs.
    RO - Radio Observer AMO a 402 - 1941, obs.

      Howard,

I believe the ones with that stiff black backing and padded rear outline are copies.

Navigator is wartime issue, the rest are 60's and up

          Hi Howard,

I am firmly of the belief that the navigator is postwar. The remainder are copies.

          Cheers, David
