I'll venture a reply, but without my trusty "Medals Yearbook" handy. Values can range widely, depending upon condition, regiment, if an officer, or casualty, etc.
Those regiments with higher values would include The Royal Scots Greys, 1st Royal Dragoons, 6th Iniskilling Dragoons, 1st & 2nd Life Guards, Royal Horse Guards, 1st Dragoon Guards, 73rd Foot, Rifle Brigade, 1st Foot, 92nd Foot, 42nd Foot, 52nd Light Infantry, Rifle Brigade, Grenadier Guards, Coldstream Guards. Scots Guards.
Recently, I have seen medals to the Grenadier Guards, who I collect, range from 2,200 to 5, 500 pounds on the same dealer's website.
Officer casualties, especially KIA's, might reach 8,000 pounds or so, I would estimate.
I'm winging it here a bit, so I may not be totally accurate as to prices.
Probably the least expensive Waterloo Medal is to a soldier of the Royal Artillery; outside, that is, of those to the King's German Legion.

What a great grouping. Intriguing how the different spellings of a name often appear like this.
