Strange/unknown marking on Pattern 37 bBttledress jacket...Somebody could help?

Hi Gents,

That pattern 37 Battledress jacket looks like a British P37 with "France" titles but markings are unknown to me...there's a "43" stamped but not sure it's the date...
Stamps don't seems to be British, Canadian, Neo Zed, Aussie, Indian or others Commonwealth markings & don't looks to be French either...

Is Somebody could help me to determine what are they?

It is an 1943 Indian made BD-blouse. The wool fabric will be slightly more coarse / thicker than British or Canadian made serge wool fabric.
