In my opinion they are a reproduction. A cross match of the WWII and current Pilot wings. I could be wrong, the shape of the background to the crown does not match any British pilot wings I have.

Here's the most Official one.
The one shown has the King's Crown Background but the Edward Crown.
Typical Pakistani made ones.
