For some reason I have been offered nothing but British militaria these days. I have to visit a woman tonight who has offered me the following items.....

Named group to a captain in the Royal Artillery 53rd Welsh Infantry. All items are mint with all badges on the Battledress ect.

Khaki dress suit
cap with badge
Sam Bowie belt with cross strap
Great Coat
Battledress jacket

This is a full complete set. I was wondering if any collectors in here would be interested? what should I offer? what are they worth? I know nothing about the value of these items and neither does the woman selling them. I am meeting her at 7pm. Could you guys help me out? all items are wartime dated. I don't want to visit her and over pay for them.

Sounds around £200 to £225 retail, arty isn't the most popular area of collecting though!

I still have the Tank Corps group but I have been really really busy since I got back after Christmas. If I get 20% off my intended tasks done in a day i'm doing well. You are correct...I did leave you hanging...sorry about that.
