Opinions required on this Webley .38 revolver

I would be grateful for opinions on this Webley .38 revolver, and wonder if it is of WWII vintage. It was deactivated in 1995, which I think means that it has been somewhat drastically modified. I attach some pics and aplogise for their size.
    Thanks,
    Peter.

Nice WW2 piece. Its for armoured personel, because it has no "hammer spur" .

As a tank crewman we were still being issued these into the late 60s.

Number 6711 in #5 left picture means production between 1929-1931. What are the other numbers please?
The fat U stamp in #2 left and #4 right means RSAF Enfield production. NP stands for Nitro Proof, a test required for commercial sale or export.

Thanks Dave, Tobyauer and Luc. Luc, it has V3711 stamped on it. It has the letter D stamped on the safety catch.

D is for 1935 production, I have no reference for the V code.
