I recently acquired this "woolly pully". This type is much associated with the ww2 SBS seeing in wear in the Aegean. Anders Lassen also favoured it. The SAS also favoured it. Not sure if other special forces wore it as well.
This example is in good condition except small moth hole and a bit smelly and nicely dated 1943.
I do not often see these offered.
