Just picked up this cased MC with an additional case & ribbon.
Is it OK?

Also the ribbon detached from the clasp, should I leave it alone or have it reattached?

Nope, but sadly it was inferred that this MC was part of a group that was broken up & sold So no clue to whom it belonged.
