Let's see your 1914 Xmas Truce Items

Dear All,

With Christmas approaching I thought I would try and start a Christmas Truce items Thread, hopefully you guys may have more items. This is the only item I have to date, to a Private who served in the 2nd Bn Royal Welsh Fusiliers but was later Killed at High Wood in 1916. He qualified for the Bar but it was never applied for. The BWM and VM are still out there somewhere! I feel pretty confident he may have been there due to his unit and being a lowley Private. I have always found this event quite interesting as it shows that there is really a good part of Human nature despite the bad.

Unfortunately the only two ww1 items I own are a pair of 1908 scots officers puttees made by Foxs and a 1903 cavalry bandolier

I'd love more Great War stuff, especially early period but Its just finding it at sensible prices.
