This is a ship's pennant HMS GLAMORGAN. A member of the crew of the ship as a gift to a mechanic of Uruguay, when the ship was under repair after being hit by a missile the day, Saturday 12 June 1982
Do you know any collector who may be interested in the pennant?

What would be good though would be a Belgrano pennant, that would sell to an HMS Conqueror vet for a couple of pounds.
