    WW1 uniform kilt help

Hi I picked up this uniform from a friend who said it was right after WW1. This is a nice uniform and the kilt is mended here and there but I really like it. Since this is my first one does anyone know what Regiment wore this colored kilt? its green -black but has blue in it also. theres a tag in the kilt with a very faint name that looks like Brandon Hurst. Any help would be appreciated Thank You Mike

Can you show a Pic with a measure Tape on it?
      There are 2 possible.
No.1 Government Tartan for the Black Watch and
No.1A Government Tartan for the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders, but from what I see, it's more A&SH.
Maybe you can also show a Pic of a button, but on my Screen it look's like General Service.

Another Jacket on the forum with the ribbons in the wrong order and the star (1st Ribbon) is the wrong way round (Red | White | Blue).
