WW1 Gloster tunic

Hey guys,
I was looking around online and saw this WW1 tunic with Gloster regmient insignia. Is it legit?
I thought that the WW1 tunics were "stand-down" collars and this one is a "stand-up" collar somewhat similar to the US (and Canadian?) tunics.

WW1 Tunic

Without having much more detailed photos, it is difficult to know whether this is a good tunic or not. It has the 5 button front (Canadian tunics mostly had a 7 button front), and it has the British general service buttons (different from the Canadian WW1 buttons), but you are right to be curious about the stand-up collar. Most of the British WW1 tunics I have seen have had a roll-down collar.

The scans may be distorted, but to me the upper pockets appear to be a slightly different colour than the rest of the tunic, and the right-side top pocket flap appears to be a distorted shape.

It's worth a closer look.

The right pocket is larger as well ,this looks genuine to me .But perhaps with later alterations ? sorry I cant help .rob

This could be a film prop that's had the flash & shoulder titles added. It looks like a heavily modified Canadian tunic.

It's a post 1918 tunic

It's a post war tunic, worn by a member of one of the divisions that occupied Germany after the armistice. It looks fine to me.

It's got two seams at the front of the collar above the pockets, shortly post WWI they were reduced to one.
