ID on 3 pairs of boots

Hi Guys.
I am not sure where to start this thread, but here it is:
I would like to have an ID on these 3 pair of boots if possible

All 3 pairs are "Boots, DMS" - direct moulded sole - which dates them to the second half of the 20th century. Most armies went to rubber in the 1960's or so and leather soles disappeared quickly after that.

Need photos with more contrast so the stitching and pieces show up more clearly. Also, photos or descriptions of any markings. I want to say pair No. 1 might be British or Canadian with the separate toe cap, but I could be waaay off.
