Thanks for posting this Bob, I'd missed it entirely. Fascinating group, his actions parallel those of Capt. John Foote's, who of course, won the VC on the same day.
Interesting, also, that they went for GBP3000.00, the low end of the estimate which was 3-5000 pounds. Glad they're returning to Canada!
