Opinions on RAF uniform?

I would like to have opinions on this RAF jacket.

Is it original, insignas original,
put together piece or original issued like this, WW2 period... ?
I don't know a lot about British uniforms

I second Robb's opinion. The wing is a fake and the wearer should have been a Serjeant or higher rank.
