                      BTW:
The Junior Leaders are Army or ACF? And what do they do?

Junior Leaders are Regular Army and used to be called apprentices. They are (I think) 16-17 yr olds who take 1 year to complete their basic training as opposed to 16 weeks, and also some other courses such as GCEs and junior mil qual (JMQC) which qualifies them for promotion to LCpl. They are meant to be a cut above normal recruits and the future NCOs of tomorrow!
