WWII Royal Canadian Air Force (& Czech Air Force) Fighter Pilot Uniform and Cap...The bottom ribbon is for the Czech War Cross 1939 I believe and the silver "O" wing is an Observer badge (correct me if I am mistaken).

Yes, the little wing is an Operational Wing and would have originally been thinly gold plated. Higher awards featured a small hanger device. It was accompanied by a certificate.
Is that a mark on the right pocket, perhaps left by a Czech pilot's badge?

No way to know if he was a fighter or bomber or transport pilot.
You might be able to track this one back to the owner as the 'Czechoslovakian' award would of been gazetted.
My guess
The owner did his operational tour with coastal command then was a trainer back with the BCATP where he trained 'Czechoslovakian' airmen.Comment

The pilot flew Spitfire planes according to his son ...still waiting on medals and documents, but I may not get those for a few months. EdComment
