Help with buying a WW1 Victory Medal Trio

    Hi guys,

I know hardly anything about British WW1 medals, but want to make a start by buying the victory trio.

I have found a set with all three medals engraved to a Private in the King's Own (RLR) - I have also managed to find his medal card online.

Therefore, my question is: what should I be paying for this kind of set? They are in great condition by the looks of the photos.

    Thanks in advance!

100 pounds is standard dealer retail price now for a 15 trio, although I just had a list through yesterday that states that one dealer is paying £55 for infantry 15 Trio. So anywhere between those two figures is fine.

P.S. a WW1 trio should always have IMPRESSED naming, they are never engraved.

      Hello mate,

£100 is too steep £85 to £90 is more the mark.

Many nice trios around for £85 to £90

      Cheers Adam
