Yes, British. just post WWII - the open collar was introduced sometime in the 1950s; the WWII ones had a buttoned-up collar. Can't say much more for sure - not ny area of expertise.

Can you track the label - the 'Centre' might show up in a Google search.

Not a British blouse, possibly French or Dutch.

this jacket is french, and was made in Clermont Ferrand.
The maker label shows clearly "Clermond Fd"

yeah obviously French (post war) based on the language... "Societe Industrie vetements" ("Ste. Ind. Vet." Ink stamp)
+ Company name = "Bencre" + city = "Clermont Ferrand" (Clermont-Fd)

The post war French Army patterned many of their dress uniforms after US uniforms as they initially used American gear post liberation
and continued making their own versions later on... This would be a French copy of a US type "IKE jacket" ...

which would mean pattern 1946 Vest, or something likewise
