    Ebay D Day helmet, I really hope this doesn't go for much more!

    Poor buyer, I've emailed the seller telling him that this is a blatent 47 pattern Belgian helmet several times and he hasn't replied, I hope the last min bids on this don't go stupid!

            Nope it is a 'rare' item in 100% good shape. Of course with this guy you might not get what you see??

            Very hard to find with all the bullets and the original docs. This could be a re strike as they are around as well

                  Thankfully only went for £85 but considering a mint version of the helmet can still be had for £5 the deffinatly still a big increase!

                    I saw a Zeppelin item sold by Von Gold. It was a standard wooden propeller tip display that 'someone' had recently scratched a crude image of a Zeppelin to the rear and the year 1917.

                    It sold for a high price. And his history blurb is a laugh.
