Unknown British medal. Info required please.

I got this in with a job lot of bit's and I have no idea what it is. I've tried all usual channels to try and narrow it down but I can't find anything.

It's named to a PTE in the Worc.r.

Any information would be gratefully recieved.

looks like a General Service Medal - i believe Worc.r. means Worcestershire Regiment
