Is this a British Patch?

Hello everyone,
I apologize in advance if I have this posted in the entirely wrong section of this forum. Someone told me that they thought this might be British made. Has anyone ever seen it before? Or have any idea where or when it was made? It's pretty quality stitching for a small design. Any help would be great. THANKS A LOT!!

I don't believe it's British. The animal looks very odd. What is it? a bat? Also, just on gut, the detailing seems too realistic for Brit, unless it's a modern one. have you tried the British badge Forum?
