Canadian and UK unit sleeve scrolls

    Canadian and UK unit sleeve scrolls;
Do any of these look like they might be WW2 vintage?
(sorry for the lousy image quality...that's all I received)

    Thanks

The queens own and the canadian ordnance corps are the same style as the ww2 ones.
Need to see the back though in better quality pictures to determen if they are.

OK. I took a gamble and ordered these...
(cheap money $10 for all of them + postage and handling fees)

In hand next week, so I will take better images at that time.
I also recognize the Canadian ones as ww2 patterns...Hope they're good!

For 10 bucks it really is worth a gamble.
If it's nothing you can allways sell them and make some profit to finance some other stuff.

These indeed did come from Manions Auction House....
Not in hand yet...I realize its a gamble.
I'm not liking the British ones too much but the Canadian ones could be OK,
            that's why I gambled on these...hoping its a mixed bag !
More to follow (better images) once these arrive!
Thanks for the input so far!

Are the Cheshire Yeomanry even WW2? Those are armored corps colors and this Yeomanry unit was a Middle-East based horse unit....and later transfering to signals (bue-white) in Western Europe.

            More on this unit here:

Sorry, but I don't think much of the Canadian ones either.

Well the verdict is in (I have the material in hand now)

The Canadian ordnance scrolls and both sets of UK Commando scrolls are ALL repro garbage as anticipated.

The UK Yeomanry scroll is real but most likely postwar because of the Armoured Corps colors used...(as opposed to war time Signals colors,
this regiment was reassigned to signals/communication duty in the ETO after they lost their status as a cavalry unit in the Middle East)

and the Canadian Queens Own Highlanders appears to be real after all with very fragile guaze backing...and that's the one I was after.
My $10 + postage gamble paid off.

The fakes I will probbably put in the Bazaar section (for reenactors to use)

The queens are indeed real wartime made.
                      Nice set of Hobson patches.
