Help needed please

Hi everyone

I got this tunic last week. It is a brigadier’s tunic which is dated 16.8.1927 from the The Lincolnshire Regt. I think it is a 2nd or 3rd tunic. It is named but I can’t' work out the name, nor is my research getting anywhere. Can anyone make out the name or does anyone have any idea who the tunic belonged to. Anybody have a list or know the brigadiers who served in this tunic in 1927?

I have checked some Army lists and there is a J.R.G. Andre in that regt. served through WW2 but doesn't seem to get beyond Major, however, he was seconded to 1st Malay Regt. in 45-46 so maybe a rank he had with them if it's the same guy, see link

It could possibly be him, I will have to do some more looking
