British Paratrooper helmet wartime ??

Hi.

I have this nice and well used British paratrooper helmet.
Inside the liner it is stamped CCL 7 3/8. I can not see any year stamp.
On the other side the paratroopers name and 937.
Is this helmet produced before, under or after the war ?

Not uncommon, I've seen a few where the last digit of a 1940 - 1949 date has been scraped prtesumably "making" a post WWII helmet a wartime one.
