Flash on rtr crash helmet

Hi All,
Does anyone know what flash this is on this Canadian crash helmet.
Although it's on a Canadian made helmet, the British used them as well so could be an English flash.

I have a feeling it is 5th R Inniskilling Dragoon Guards although I can't the the book at the moment
