Reminds me of the wacko in UK a few years ago who had everything but the VC on his bar.
Now just to throw a little wrench into the thread it is perfectly acceptable to wear a relatives (it better be a close one and only recently passed) on the right. I have seen it only once on an official parade and it was a father who wore his son's on his right.
I could let it pass the WWII rack on right but with the VC and the hodgepodge on the other side you know this chap is not ligit
On interesting suggestion I have seen put forward for the 100th of 11/11/18 is to have as many people as possible wear their relatives medals on the right that day as a tribute.
