Kukri Shield

Another item that I would like to share is this Kukri Presentation shield. I am assuming that this was some sort of presentation to a soldier who served with 18th Cavalry?

Hi Steve.

I had a near exact copy of what you have here about ten years ago, even the timber and colour was the same.
It had two blocks screwed across the back for hanging.
The only difference was my blades were mounted as in the 1st Regiment badge at the bottom. I haven't seen another one since yours today.

I have the same one. Sadly the guy where I got it from ripped all the Badges and added them to his collection.
