help for these 2 belts of the air force find in normandie

hello, i would like to have your opinion about these 2 belts in good condition. a member of the forum inform me It could be from a downed bomber crew member. I would check with a RAF or 8th Air Force group. they were found in a house in normandie. thanks for your help ! best regards.

They are not British I am sure of that , perhaps they are French . I also cannot imagine French farm folk leaving bits of British Air Force equipment lying around for the Jerries to find . Copuld be for climbing telegraph poles, weight lifting, rally driving . Rob
