Royal dragoons lot - help needed

This lot was just found in a house in northern germany - the father-in-law of the house owner saw service in india in the 30s.

Does this have any value? Thanks in advance.

The badges are common, and worth something, but not much. However, I would think that the personal photos, regimental journals, etc., have some real value, especially someone with a deep interest in this regiment.
The Royals were, of course, an old and distingushed regiment, now part of the Household Cavalry since their amalgamation with the Royal Horse Guards in 1969.

Sounds like a good starting point to me; can't say as I have a firm opinion on a group such as this. It could prove valuable to someone with a deep interest in the Royal Dragoons. Good luck.
