Is this armband British?

I am not familiar with a U.S. armband this color. Is it maybe British? If so, what period........it fastens with a velcro piece, so I assume it must be fairly new.

Yes, it's British: current pattern RMP armlet worn with No.1 or 2 uniform usually.

Thanks, don't know where or when I picked it up but found it in one of my storage boxes I was going through. I figured it had to be recent, but it is rather good looking.
