Hi, A pretty rare Fibre rim Royal Armoured Corps helmet. Most likely made in 42 at the same time as the HSAT, HSDR. This type only has the one hole in it, on the top of the helmet to attach the liner.As apposed to the 4 holes for the other fibre rims. It's been painted black, could be ww2, or post war. Hard to tell as it has been on there a long time. The rivets to attach the chin strap lugs are 7mm higher than on the slightly later Non fibre rim Armoured Corps helmets, (to get over the fibre rim).
