WW2 airborne vet passed away

Hi guys,

A family friend has passed away recently. He was a member of the airborne during ww2 and I was wondering if anyone would be able to help find a little info on him? Geoffrey Charles Pretty was borne March 1922, joined the airborne in 1943 and was released in November 1946 with rank of Lieutenant.

Thanks jimmytx3. Thats all I have as well, I was hoping to give the family a little more detail about his military history.
