I was told to be careful with insignia already attached to material
(supposedly Battle Dress cut off... I already got burned on some Free Poles insignia mounted like this...)
but what about this Pegasus set?

Hey ya bud, any high end field where the dosh is, the fakers are there bud

I see quite a trend atm of late, alot of German/USA collectors jumping right into the high end Commonwealth items

we now suffer from the fake items as well but your doing the right thing asking the pro's the good fellows down this end have saved me plenty of grief and hassles

So a big thanks again to you guys that take the time to post and help

and good luck with your hunting Nick

Replicas indeed, I think made by Pass in Review. They're quite poor, if you're after decent ones buy from pegasus militaria.

I believe you are right Luc,

Made by them and sewn to Bd and aged by a chap In the home counties. Virtually all his crap Is sewn to BD to add a little credibility and so you can't see the back. He does a very nice line In got at berets too so caveat emptor.

As regards Steves work, still the best on the market and deliberately flawed which is nice

                  Yours, Guy.
