    d.r. boots- lacing?

    would dispatch rider boots have been worn with the laces laddered, or cross-over laced? i'm jerry-rigging a 1/6 pair of d.r boots ansd want to get it right the first time- these little eyelets and laces are MOIDA' i tell ya!

    As far as I know all British boots have laddered laces.

      Allthough a pre WW2 photo, tde DR has laddered laces :


      and a WRNS female dispatch rider has laddered laces too:


      and a DR having a kip on his bike (1951 photo) :


      So I think your save to do it the laddered style !
