Opinion on these wings

Didn't get many comments elsewhere, so I thought I would show these here. I am guessing these were English made and want to get the opinions at this place.

Is this typical padding you might find in a pair of RAF wings?

A neat pair of Pilots Wings. The Blue Backing does indicate Combat status, I think just for the ETO. It seems probable that these Wings were made in England. Regards, Clive.
