Formation sign ID help please

Found these two in a large lot of formation badges I recently picked up. Can anyone help ID these two?

hmm, I dont know, but they are very nices patches!

The one on the left looks more like a school crest than anything else. Nothing in my sources. The one on the right is a real mystery. Obviously US made. I wish I could help more.

Thanks Ski, thats what I was thinking also. It is a standard US embroidery cotton/rayon base with no synthetic thread. I'll try the US forum.
