    Glider pilots wing

I would like your opinions on this padded glider pilots wing which I recently picked up from a good source.
I have no idea regarding the wings value.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Many thanks, Gareth

In my personal opinion, it is not good. The back looks like the same synthetic material used on modern badges and patches. It should be a paper backing. Is it paper? It's hard to tell in the photo.....

Perfectly decent wings Gareth! Unpadded ones are around 125 pounds, padded examples usually a bit more.

Paper backing is common on the army flying badge, but not on padded examples. In fact, this is the first time I hear about it.
