Explanation here!
This is the Medical officer "Logan" (red) and his medals listed on his "Certificate of entitlement".
The letter was sent to another veteran "Gregg" (yellow) ...who for some reason inquired about
the medals of this medical officer. He's actually a very famous WW1 Canadian Vet, a Victoria Cross Winner,

The tag...Its an early one! 9 out of 10 Canadian BD's don't have tags (like the British made versions do), instead the maker and size info is usually
stamped straight onto the lining material!
