He has had two other very similar SA tan helmets listed recently with indian nets, and all have gone over the 500 GBP's.

What I have found a bit suspicious is the bidding on his listings go high very early in the auction, almost as if somebodys been instructed to push them up to create hysteria over the item.

If you look at this seller's past auctions, you will see he has sold many similar helmets. I get the feeling he is putting these helmets together.

hi, over the last few years these helmets don't normally reach good prices. but with a bit of creative writing, ie desert rats, 7th armoured, & the like, people are taken in. being 42 dated, its a bit late for the desert war for my liking. by the way, were these helmets reissued to israel after the war.
