OR's Service Dress?

Hey guys,
This grouping is coming up for sale locally and I was wondering what the uniform on the left is? I thought it might be an OR's service dress, but I thought they had the stand up collar. Or perhaps it is an earlier pattern of uniform? They guy was in the 3rd Div, his service number is allocated to the No 10 Basic Training Centre.
Any ideas?

The blouse with the lapels rather than a stand and fall collar is typical Canadian post WWII. I want to say 1955 or 56 but I'm not a uniform man myself, so not sure. One of the other Canucks can surely tell you.

These used to be very common in surplus stores - I wore one myself while I was in college and it still site in my closet, from which it emerges every November for a display at the local elementary school. Back in the day it would even button up when I put it on. Sigh!

Many thanks for the tip. My references are for WWII uniforms so it makes sense this one is post war. I will adjust my bidding accordingly.
