The extinct bayonet charge?

I think it is pretty impressive to know that despite all the technology the military now has there is still the occasional necessity for a good old fashioned bayonet charge. I also appreciate this officers honesty in admitting it was terrifying. Respect to him.

There have actually been a few bayonet charges by British troops, both in Afghanistan and Iraq over the last few years.
