liberation of Guernsey? -

Hi all, here's a pic I acquired the other day of a RAF group holding up a flag which the chap I bought it of says is the liberation of Guernsey,his father's head is touching the right hand arm of the swaz. regards Roger
Could be, maybe St. Peter Port, the wall looks similar to the kind seen down there. The group seems to be very late war judging my the collared shirts/ties for O.R.'s and seems to be a few R.A.F. and the rest Army, possibly Royal Engineers from the cap badges.
