Had this a while so thought I would share it. Very hard to find beret for the 11th Hussars, unique to this regiment and only the third one I've seen in many years of collecting.

Nice stamps inside, maker unclear but dated 1941 with W/l\D etc, owners name 'CAIRNS' in indellible pencil. Similar in construction to a GS cap rather that a beret, note leather sweatband. No badge was worn on this beret, it's colour considered to be distinctive enough. -
