What is this British Medal???

This is a photo of an actor portraying Captain Edward Smith of the Titanic. On the viewer's right he is wearing two medals. The one farthest to the right is apparently the Transport Medal with South Africa bar.

Can anyone identify fo me the other medal, the one on the left of the pair?

Doing further research I was able to determine that it's the Royal Naval Reserve Medal.

However I now cannot figure out which monarch's cypher it would be.

It is the Royal Naval Reserve Decoration. Lee is correct that it is Edward VII's cypher.
