Galipoli souvenir

This was bought back from Galipoli by a soldier in the 8th Hampshires I know this isn't the forum for it but how it came back with a British soldier is,A turkish belt buckle and hook .Roger

Hi Roger,

The 8th Battalion Hampshire's first saw action in Gallipoli, perhaps the belt buckle was taken from a dead Turkish solider?
