114/20th hussars badges

Believe this is to the above regiment but would like to see if anyone knows a little more about it. I only have Gaylors for reference and it does not look like the FR is on the birds chest.
any ideas/

I think I might of found the answer-Forgot i had a little badge book by Keith Rawlings in which the badge is listed.
Looks like it a 14/20th badge although I have no idea about the significance of the FR

No it is definately KRH 1992 pattern and a PRI sold one. The issued ones were anodised aluminium but rejected by the regt. They now wear all brass ones on the beret bit blackened ones on No2 Dress cap. the 14th/20th badges were much smaller.
