That little catch all is as good a reason as any to avoid the estand. rather like ebay not allowing sellers to leave feedback about bad buyers. This sadly means anyone who feels so enclined can mess you about with impunity. I was not aware of that 7 day rule, It's laughable! Whilst I agree that one should be made to refund If there Is a problem this Is just a red rag to all the dreamers and nutters out there. "sorry I have to return this perfectly legitimate piece as the old lady found out I did a months housekeeping on It and went bat sh1t" and on and on

    Yours, Guy.

Estand rules my need to be revisited. It's common sense that an item can be returned & the buyer refunded if it's not as discribed or proven to be a fake after a reasonable inspection time ( say 7 days ). But the seller shouldn't be obliged to have an item returned for no good reason. That simply defies logic. How many retail shops could you expect to go into, buy an item, only to return it a few hours or days latter simply because you decided you didn't really want it after all. No one conducts business like that & expects to get away with it.

        Nice cap by the way

His loss will be anothers gain.

          that's the way Alan!

I have lost count of the amount of times this has happened to me, now i take a non refundable deposit If someone asks me to hold something for them. It's fun when they come back and try to explain why they no longer want the item.

Mike, my thoughts entirely! I think If one tried that sort of thing In a high street shop (not that we have many left) one would be shown the door pretty sharpish!

              Allan,
It will sell quickly and to a buyer who actually wants it this time. Wish I had the money but I do have a friend who wanted this one only to miss out after taking the time to ask me about it. I'm sure that you'll hear from him.

              Best of luck

              Mark
